✎ Editor's note: The 1/4 table is shown as the top quarter of the table (between the top short cushion and the line through the 2nd diamond of the long cushions).

Aim = 20 − 1.5 × 10 = 20 − 15 = 5.

The 1/4 table application of the no-spin system. The stroke technique and the formula are the same as on the full table; the numbering is based on the 1/4 table. This application lets you reach the point at favorable angles in many positions that lie within the limits of the 1/4 table; on the small table the balls stay relatively large, which is an advantage.

When? When the cue ball is in the top quarter of the table: start from the left long cushion, aim at the right long cushion, then the top short cushion and arrival at the left long cushion (3rd cushion), without spin.
